Literally the best! Unreasonably hospitable! Not a single detailed was spared! From communication the very second we booked all the way until the end! Clean, modern, and just a whole vibe! Check in process was smooth! Check out process — I didn’t need to wash the dishes or anything! The area was quiet, friendly and I felt safe everywhere I was! The boat home was a nice and very well kept space. The concept is genius and I really felt out to sea during my stay. The only thing I’d change would be the level of communication! I felt a bit overly communicated with considering every detail was in writing and inboxed to me. However; I’m sure most guest would love that if they decide not to read the detailed instructions.

We had a great stay at Flohome10. The pictures and description of the place is exactly what you get. We loved sitting on the roof deck in the morning with coffee and watching the boats go by! We would absolutely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Va Beach and felt right at home at Flohom 11. A vacation to remember and we will visit again!

This was such a cool place to stay! The home itself was beautiful, clean, front row parking, easy access with a cart to take all your belongings down the dock and the neighbors were great. Our kids watched the boats coming and going, got to see the navy jets, and all the wildlife/birds! Beach was walkable, though with younger kids, chairs, boogie boards and coolers it was a longer walk than I would have liked- next time I'd bring a beachcart! We were unfortunately only able to book 1 night which was the only thing that made this stay feel "less than the value." Not being able to get in until 3 and then having to be out by 10AM we didn't get to utilize all of the accomodations (specifically the awesome roofdeck). That's 100% on us, but for what we paid we would've got a lot more bang for our bucks if we could have the whole day, this really should be a 2 day minimum stay. We were able to pay for last minute early check-in but it only bought us an hour. Incredible and would stay again!

We spent 3 nights here celebrating my birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The house itself is clean, comfortable, warm and inviting. They provide essentials such as toiletries that one may have forgotten, and snacks, espresso and water to get you started. The bed is comfy and the shower is fabulous. We spent every night relaxing on the comfortable rooftop. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The owners are helpful and quickly respond to any questions. Needless to say, we look forward to returning to this property, as well as visiting their Myrtle Beach location. Until next time!

Fabulous place! All our guests thought the same. They had no idea this existed. Every kitchen appliance and utensil was well stocked. Great location, away from the boardwalk but close enough to walk. Nice and quiet. The rooftop provided a great place to entertain our guests. We absolutely loved staying here.

My husband & I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary here & loved it. It was our first time staying on a houseboat & it was so neat! The house was very clean & smelled great!

Such a cool experience! The house boat itself was so beautiful, and it was so fun watching all of the boat traffic - including the Navy Seals! I have never had clearer instructions and everything met my expectations.
