FLOHOM Stay is where most people meet us first: a collection of floating suites built for a getaway, a staycation, or a few days of working from the water.
But Stay is just one piece of what we build. We also design and deploy the marina amenities and utility structures that turn a waterfront into a destination. And you can own those too. Through FLOwnership, individuals and marina owners can own the floating assets themselves. Choose a path built for however you want in. Want us to run it? We’ll operate it for you, day to day. Want to run it yourself? We’ll help you get there.
Access is the point of all of it. You don’t need a boat. You don’t need waterfront property. You just need to want to be near the water. We build the rest.
