We collect the information you choose to give us, along with a limited amount of technical information your device shares automatically. We only collect what we need to take your reservation, host your stay, and improve the experience.

Information you provide

• Your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Reservation details, dates, the FLOHOM you choose, number of guests, and special requests
• Payment information, processed securely by Stripe (we never store your full card number)
• Anything you send us when you ask a question, request support, or join our mailing list

Information you submit is used to fulfill your specific request, and is not used for any other purpose unless you authorize it, for example, by opting in to our mailing list.

Our site uses cookies and similar tracking technology to understand how it’s used, the browser type and operating system you visit with, how many people visit, and the pages they view. This helps us improve the site and measure the performance of our advertising.

Cookies and tracking technology cannot, on their own, collect personal information such as your name or email. If you have previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to it. Aggregate, non-personally identifiable information may be shared with third parties.

We use the information we collect to:

• Confirm and manage your reservation, including collecting the deposit and remaining balance
• Send stay-related messages such as confirmations, check-in instructions, and access details
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• Send offers and updates, only if you have opted in
• Meet our legal, tax, and security obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not routinely share it with other companies. We share it only with the trusted providers that help us run FLOHOM, our property-management system, Stripe for payments, and our email and analytics providers, and each is bound to keep it confidential.

We may also disclose information to a government agency or assisting company when we are:

• Permitted or required to do so by law
• Protecting against or preventing actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Investigating fraud that has already taken place

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors, each of whom has agreed to keep information secure and confidential, have access to it. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe over an encrypted connection, and we never store full card numbers on our systems.

Every marketing email and newsletter we send includes a way to opt out, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at welcometo@flohom.com.

The privacy practices described here apply to this website only. Our site may link to other websites, including our store and booking partners. When you follow a link away from FLOHOM, please review the privacy policy posted on that site, as we are not responsible for the practices of sites we do not operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes apply going forward only and take effect when posted here, so we encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
