We stayed one night on this incredibly clean and comfortable houseboat. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The shower was luxurious and the robes and slippers; a definite bonus. We had plenty of room to eat dinner in and then hang out in the living room. Risk of severe thunderstorms precluded our ability to use the roof top area as we would have liked but it is awesome and you could have such a fun and relaxing time up there. Check-in instructions were extremely cumbersome but very well explained. I could easily follow all the videos and codes and directions. It just took about 30 minutes to get into the house, so give yourself extra time. We stayed because we are trying to experience as many different types of AirBnBs as possible by the end of the year. We needed a House Boat and this one was amazing and available. It was, however, in my opinion overpriced; one of the most expensive speciality spaces we've stayed. But if you want the experience, this is a great place!
This is my second time renting a Flohome and it won't be my last. I'll definitely be back real soon. I have stayed at the Baltimore Harbor as well as the National Harbor and I absolutely love the National Harbor. The scenery and environment is beautiful, peaceful, and serene. There are plenty of things to do and nice places to eat in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! Amazing restaurants within walking distance and a short Uber ride to DC for sightseeing. The beds were insanely comfortable and the views were spectacular. Truly some of the best dining I’ve done in a long time also.

Great location, very romantic
This is the most beautiful and well managed property I’ve ever stayed at! I travel A LOT, so this is an exceptional compliment. The attention to details and amenities provided was top notch! Makeup removing pads, q-tips, umbrellas, water, coffee, snacks, robes— I felt like royalty! This is not a paid review, I promise. Just an extremely impressed customer.
We had a wonderful stay. The added chef experience was a perfect touch. Great for a romantic getaway. Overall a great stay.
Honestly, I loved everything about our stay at the national Harbor except for the weather. I will definitely be back when it gets warmer!
