Great location great experience will definitely be back
My husband and I celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at FLOHOM. The surroundings were beautiful, the houseboat was clean, the bed was comfortable and the swaying was almost non-existent. During our stay the weather was sooo hot, it was heaven sent walking into a gloriously cool room. THANK YOU for being so thoughtful. All amenities were perfect. Our favorite part of course was the rooftop. You can't beat the view of the Capital Wheel!
Our stay was great. A fun experience in a popular location with tons of restaurants, all within walking distance. The pier is located where the water taxi also docks, so for exploring the DC mall, Georgetown, and Old Town Alexandria you don't even need to touch a road or a rideshare service.

We enjoyed our experience on Flohom 8. It looked like the pictures and had all the amenities needed. The nespresso machine was a huge plus! We appreciated how detailed and clear the instructions were for check in/check out. The hosts were very responsive. Thank you to Flohom for a memorable experience, would recommend to others!

We had an amazing time, the views were great, the house was spotless, comfortable bedding and the parking pass was a huge bonus. Instructions were very essy to follow. The rooftop was lovely, great place for us to paint while watching the sunset. It left was wanting nothing except another day. Looking forward to other experiences through this company in other cities.

Flohom 8 Victoria Mae was great. The property was so clean, looked as if it was brand new. The location was perfect, can’t get any better. Located right on the dock, just a few steps away from restaurants and entertainment. The private access keeps unwanted foot traffic away, giving you peace and quiet at night to enjoy the view while sitting on the rooftop deck with the fireplace on. Even the little things that no one thinks about like silverware, nespresso machine, ice molds in the freezer, complimentary snacks and bottled waters were perfect. We didn’t want to leave. But this property did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning for a future visit.
