Our founding team went looking for a better way to live on the water and, tracing the threads from Amsterdam to the American coastline, arrived at the floating suite. FLOHOM is what came next, an extraordinary stay that points to a revolutionary way of living, more integrated with the natural world.

Founder and CEO of Capital SUP and founder of the Live Water Foundation. A Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business alum, Brian has spent his career building on the water and giving back to it in equal measure. FLOHOM is the natural next chapter.

Founder of Towne Park, which he scaled to nearly 1,000 locations, 13,000+ associates, and $350M+ in revenue before selling to TA Associates and HarbourVest. He brings that operational discipline to FLOHOM.
Founder & Managing Partner
33 years across real estate, entertainment, and capital, including two decades in waterfront development on projects with $30M+ budgets. Owner of Butler’s Waterfront and Marina.
Partner, Sales & Placement Lead
Founder and CEO of Snag a Slip, Marina Life, and Oasis Marinas, and former VP of Operations at Towne Park. Two decades in marina operations and hospitality technology.
Director of Growth Operations
A cross-functional execution leader who drives the clarity, systems, and speed that let FLOHOM move fast without breaking things.
Finance Lead
Brings five years of progressive finance experience across multi-asset real estate and high-growth startup environments, along with an M.S. in Finance from DePaul University. Poornima is building the AI-enabled financial infrastructure that allows FLOHOM to scale confidently across new waterfront markets.
