We had a wonderful stay recently and I’m dying to tell anyone that will listen how amazing this was! Some context: It took us about a day to get adjusted to the slight gentle rock, but after that, it was smooth sailing, no pun intended. The area was quiet, private, and the people in the area were extremely friendly too. It’s a very social marina so expect other folks just hanging on their boats, and lots of boats going in and out the marina. This may have also just been the weekend we visited given it was Labor Day. The amenities furniture, and everything was brand new and completely spotless and clean upon arrival. All the drawers are stocked with any item you would possibly need to cook including spices if you want. The wifi was quick, the TV’s allow apple airplay casting too which made movie night awesome. The only small caveat I will say is that there is no hand railing to the stairs on the top deck so just be careful, but it is fun up there! All in all great stay, 10/10

FLOHOM 14 did not disappoint!!! This was my first stay on a houseboat. Now I know why babies fall asleep when rocked. The boat is beautifully appointed & well equipped. Bring a good book. I’m already missing it!!!

My wife and I had a great time staying in this houseboat. It was our first time ever trying a houseboat and it did not disappoint us at all. The house was very clean and the host provides fully stocked kitchen cabinets, toiletries, towels, etc...We spent most of our time on the rooftop patio, soaking in the sun, and relaxing by the fire pit playing games. The bed was very comfortable as well. It was a great weekend, at a great house that has the benefit of being in a gated marina which was an added sense of security.

Wonderful, unique experience! We felt transported by the beauty of the place and the gentle rocking of the boat. We spent hours just happily relaxing on our porch, looking out over the water, watching the sunlight sparkle on the surface and listening to the gentle wave action. The houseboat is beautifully designed and enhances the feeling of calm. It is tastefully furnished and decorated and immaculately clean. The owners keep the place thoughtfully stocked with every amenity you need for comfort and for cooking and serving meals. The marina is wonderful too - a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere with swimming pool, a small sandy beach, play structures, picnic tables, tall trees and large grassy lawns where children happily run around and play. We look forward to returning.

Perfect for a nice, romantic, long, relaxing weekend. The company was very responsive to questions, needs, clarifications etc. The responses were quick. We also took advantage of the Flohom recommended private services (yoga, massage).

My boyfriend and I spent a night here and it was truly the relaxing getaway we needed. The boat was so clean, had so many essentials and the location is very peaceful. We lucked out and had the beach totally to ourselves which made it feel very private. Set aside time to watch the sunset and sunrise on the rooftop! I would totally recommend to others and hope to visit again soon!

Me & my significant other had a lovely birthday trip here. It was close by local stores and some great restaurants nearby. The home was clean and met expectations & was very peaceful ! Overall a 10/10 experience, highly recommend !

Our 3-day 48th-anniversary weekend was everything we wanted and more. Sooooo quiet and serene! Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Lovely pool not filled with screaming kids. We especially enjoyed Cookie's Kitchen and Mike's ($22 lobster dinners!), and the Fort Smallwood Park, all nearby. It was a bit too hot to fully enjoy the rooftop patio, but the little porch off the living room was an excellent spot for hanging out as was the well-shaded gazebo. Our sunset sail with Woodwind Schooners was delightful. We were able to get to Annapolis and enjoyed touring the Naval Academy and the State House, and were happy to then leave the crowds behind and get back to our beautiful floating home. We would love to return, and have already shared your info with friends.
