Before accessing or using this website, please read this agreement (the “Agreement”), which defines the Terms of Use. By accessing flohom.com you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the liability disclaimers below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or download any information from it.

Access to the materials on this site is granted for your personal and non-commercial use only. You confirm that you will not use the materials for any unlawful purpose or any reason prohibited by this Agreement, and that you are located in the United States and at least 18 years old.

All content on this website belongs to FLOHOM and is protected by copyright, with all rights reserved. No part of the site may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without the express written permission of FLOHOM. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the site are the property of FLOHOM.

A 50% deposit is charged when you book to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is automatically charged to the same payment method 30 days before check-in. If your stay begins within 30 days of booking, the full amount is due at booking instead. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy applies to every booking:

• 60 or more days before arrival: full refund of the total stay price.
• 30 to 59 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total stay price.
• Fewer than 30 days before arrival: non-refundable.

Where a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method.

By using this site, you establish a business relationship between you and FLOHOM and consent to be contacted by telephone, email, and standard mail using the information you provide. You acknowledge that this applies even if you have placed your phone number on a Do Not Call list.

FLOHOM strives for accuracy, but inaccuracies or errors may occur, and we reserve the right to modify the content of this site at any time and without advance notice. All content is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLOHOM disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Always follow posted safety guidance on and around the water.

You agree to indemnify and hold FLOHOM harmless from and against any and all loss, cost, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of any enforcement action or any breach of this Agreement by you.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. You accept the jurisdiction of the Maryland courts and waive any objection to venue. Service of process may be made by hand delivery, courier, overnight service, or certified mail.

This Agreement represents the complete and entire agreement between you and FLOHOM and may not be modified except in writing executed by both parties. It supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous oral or written agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects its intent, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
