The navigation had me turned around, but the video provided by the host had detailed instructions that got me where I needed to be. The rooftop is chef’s kiss!! Everything was where the host said it would be. Very clean and comfortable. I felt at peace and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Flohom’s property was absolutely magnificent! From the cleanliness, to the way it was stocked, to how it is all put together, it honestly felt surreal. No doubt, I will be back.

Our stay on the Flohom houseboat in Baltimore was a mix of stunning scenery and significant frustration. On the positive side, the facility itself is beautifully set up. The amenities were top-notch, and the views of the harbor provided a truly unique and relaxing backdrop. The layout is modern and thoughtful, making it a great space to unwind. However, our experience was marred by a major utility issue. We discovered there was no hot water at 9AM, but a resolution wasn't reached until 2 PM. I spent the better part of my day in a back-and-forth email chain where I was essentially given DIY instructions to fix the plumbing myself. Spending a "showerless" vacation day acting as an amateur plumber was not what I signed up for. Eventually, I was moved to another location, but the delay was excessive. While Flohom provided a 20% refund, I found this inadequate given that a significant portion of my stay was wasted troubleshooting their equipment. My advice to future guests: Check everything

The place was remarkable top to bottom. Whoever designed this house and furnished made sure everything had a purpose there is no wasted space and everything is usable. The location itself has beautiful rooftop views and you will see plenty of birds traveling across the open water. I will be coming again and recommend others!!!!

It was an amazing stay for me and my woman. First time in Baltimore so had to try new things and glad we did. Amazing views whether sunset or sunrise.

We booked Flohom 9 in Baltimore for a celebratory staycation, marking one month cancer-free and it was the perfect oasis on the water. The views were stunning, and the experience was even better than staying at a hotel. The rooftop was absolutely amazing! My husband enjoyed watching sports in the living room while I relaxed in the cozy bedroom before our night out. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We’ll definitely be booking again!
