Beautiful one of a kind floating home. Expertly, smartly decorated. Loved the beautiful setting. Very walkable. The houseboat had everything you needed. Roof deck was amazing. The weather was hot and humid making it difficult to enjoy the deck more as thunderstorms arrived in eve. We still loved morning coffee and evening cocktails

We had a lovely stay at Floham! The directions to enter the gate were clear however we didn’t realize there were several Floham homes in the same marina and therefore our code wasn’t working however we later discovered we were at the wrong home. The host was very responsive during this however! The home was very clean and as described!

The houseboat was well appointed and relaxing. We were very impressed with all the thoughtful amenities. Response time to questions was quick. We were there during Baltimore's Sail 250. We couldn't have asked for a better location to see the tall ships and the Blue Angels & Red Arrows practice and perform in the airshow. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it.

The space is flooded with natural sunlight and offers stunning water views, with geese and ducks adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The location is wonderful, and the hosts provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in and access. Inside, the space is beautifully decorated, both downstairs and upstairs, and stocked with every amenity you could need—and plenty of thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway to unwind and recharge, I highly recommend this hidden gem. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely stunning place. I booked this as a surprise birthday gift for my husband and it turned into a very successful attempt at temporarily disappearing from society. As a Maryland local, I don’t get impressed easily, but this felt like someone built a tiny, well-designed alternate universe where nobody needs to answer emails or remember what day it is. The space is beautiful, super thoughtful, and actually easy to settle into. The shower alone could convince a person to abandon their life and start over fresh. We stayed in, ordered food, and enjoyed the rare luxury of not being useful to anyone for a night. Highly recommend. Overall, it’s a unique, well-executed stay that feels like a little escape hatch from reality. Would absolutely come back.

Flohom 1 was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was immaculate. The bedroom and linens were comfortable. The view from the rooftop at night was pristine. I loved the rooftop fire pit. The owners have thought of everything. A rain storm came through one evening. The sound of the rain on the roof was so soothing. Best sleep I’ve had in a minute.
