Wonderful stay and what a unique experience! The houseboat was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great communication from the host (even before booking) and an easy, seamless experience from start to finish. The area is great as well with lots to offer. We were in Baltimore for the rugby game at M&T Stadium, which was an easy uber away. The host has lots of resources available for a great stay in the city as well as on the boat. Lots of good information to review for check-in, but accurate. Just make sure to watch the video first and everything will make sense. We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of our favorite stays!! The houseboat is beautiful inside and out and extremely clean. Everything you could need or want is stocked, including toiletries, ample towels and extra blankets, coffee and supplies, water, and even a lovely welcome gift of snacks and drink holders :) The beds were very comfortable, and it is so peaceful there.....we got a wonderful night of sleep! The rooftop was perfect with the furniture, lounge chairs, firepit.....and the views!!!! You can't beat it. The restaurant at the marina was also very easy to walk to, delicious food, and the staff was very helpful with allergy concerns. The hosts of Floham 7 are very helpful and responsive, they provide very clear instructions for check in and out, even with a video to help. We can't say enough about this stay!! It was just what we needed! We will be back!!! :)

What an amazing experience! With 1 night in Baltimore and this listing showing up among the options I said, “why not sleep on a boat?!?!”. OMG this was the best decision ever. What a beautifully decorated place with no detail missed. The instructions were detailed but clear and I was able to get parked and to my Flohom without issue. Again, the place was pristine with no detail missed and my favorite part was having a glass of wine on the roof deck in the evening and a dose of vitamin D on the roof deck before checkout and heading to the airport for my 1pm flight. I also walked to Pussar Landing right off the dock for dinner. There is not a scenario in which I would ever visit Baltimore again and not check to see whether the Flohom is available before going to a hotel. I SUPER HIGHLY Recommend!!!!

Our 2nd time here, we got a better feel for the unit. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, but there were a few issues that would have improved our stay. The garage fob/garage door was not working properly and wouldn't open. Also, the dishwasher was broken. The team was aware of both issues beforehand but only disclosed once we reported. The boat was mostly clean, but there were some dirty dishes in the cabinets. The house is well-appointed but could use some attention/upgrades. The sofa is too deep and slants forward, making it very uncomfortable to sit for any length of time. Also, the recessed lighting is extremely bright. A smaller sofa and dimmer switch would allow for a more relaxing experience. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of hot water. The views are wonderful. However, you pay the price of a long walk from the garage to get to them. Be aware of that. If the price point was less, I may rate it higher. You can spend the same amount elsewhere and get more.

My stay at Flohoms were very relaxing. I’ll definitely revisit and recommend my family and friends to visit. Everything was amazing.

This boat house was a really cool experience. To no fault of the host the major down side was the insane amount of bugs. So many it really made it difficult to utilize the upper deck of the boat , fire pit, outdoor eating and so on. The view was amazing, inside was as advertised and clean. Location was good .

Very relaxing, enjoyed watching other boats go by, got to see two tall ships go by!! Easy walk to two local restaurants

Flohom 7 was everything as described and more. My family and I had a wonderful time. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together.

This home was very clean, comfortable, and had absolutely amazing views. The highlight of the stay was definitely the deck, it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and unwind. The overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and inviting, and the interior was well-maintained and nicely decorated. That said, there were a few issues that made the experience a little frustrating, especially considering the price. The location was somewhat difficult to find, and clearer directions or better signage would have been very helpful. We also had trouble getting into the property initially, which added unnecessary stress after traveling. Additionally, the toilet was not functioning properly during our stay, which was disappointing given the cost of the rental. While the property itself is beautiful and the views truly make it memorable, I do think accessibility issues should be addressed to better match the premium price point. Overall, we still enjoyed the property to relax.
