To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, and with respect to the love and intentionality we have poured into making FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor an extraordinary stay, please take a moment to review and follow our rules.

🔹Quiet Hours🔹
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and nearby boaters, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitoring sensors to measure decibel levels, but these are not active listening or recording devices.

🔹Occupancy Limit🔹
The maximum number of overnight guests is four, and the total number of people on board at any one time is limited to ten, as enforced by the marina. Failure to comply with this rule could jeopardize our ability to operate within the marina.

🔹Parties & Events🔹
Parties and events are prohibited. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as hosting friends or family for dinner, as long as you respect our quiet hours and adhere to the occupancy limit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a gathering so we can inform the marina and ensure that our team is aware of any non-overnight guests accessing the private marina.

🔹No Smoking Policy🔹
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.

🔹Decorations🔹
Third-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. This policy ensures our space is well-maintained, the appropriate materials are used, and excessive cleaning is avoided, preventing disruptions to other guests’ reservations. Decoration packages can be inquired about before booking or reviewed in your personalized guest app after booking.

🔹Children Policy🔹
FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor is designed primarily for adults and is not ideal for families with young children. Children 10 years and older are allowed. Our aim is to create a peaceful, relaxing environment that is best enjoyed by adults.

🔹No Pets Allowed🔹
Pets are not allowed.

🔹Water Safety🔹
For safety reasons, jumping, diving, or swimming from FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor or the marina piers is strictly prohibited. While the water is tempting, this rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and avoid accidents or injuries.

🔹Rooftop Safety🔹
Please refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, exercising caution is essential to prevent accidents or falls.

🔹Dock Lines🔹
For the safety of FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor and its mooring, guests are asked not to adjust the dock lines. Our dedicated concierge team or marina staff are available to assist if needed. Should you notice an issue with the dock lines, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the situation.

🔹Doors and Windows🔹
Please close all sliding doors and windows when leaving the boat to ensure security and prevent damage from the elements. Additionally, keep screen doors and windows closed while on the FLOHOM to prevent insects from entering.

This was one of the most special and memorable experiences I have had with my girls ! There is absolutely nothing that they could have done or thought of to make it any better than it is. Everything is spotless and the attention to detail is incredible. The coffee / full kitchen with every single appliance known to man , the amenities in the bathrooms and bedrooms were all specially thought of , it felt like home to me which is very hard to do. I could have stayed a month with how comfortable I felt . The location is amazing it was very quiet always with the fun ambient noise from across the water which brought us so much joy and it felt alive ! The roof top deck was the highlight and I could have slept up there and never returned home ! I wanted to add here for future people, I am the kind of person who has motion sickness on boats and cars etc and did not feel one single bad feeling the entire stay even through a rain storm! The sway was peaceful and enjoyable !

This place was awesome from the beginning in making the reservations the communication was excellent and the step-by-step process of obtaining the keys, etc. was smooth, upon entering the houseboat we were in awe of the cleanliness and it looked like a new houseboat. The decor was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends, and we are thinking of booking another trip in the fall. I loved all the special touches like the two Voss bottles of water in the refrigerator and the little snacks in the basket, the coffee, pods and creamers in the drawer, it was perfect! We enjoyed the early morning sunrise over the intercoastal Waterway and in the evenings, the breeze on the top deck of the boat, relaxing and listening to the music from barefoot Landing, oh, and we were very happy to see on Mondays there were fireworks from our balcony on the top of the boat, it was so special.

Oh my goodness, we absolutely LOVED this houseboat! It was extremely clean, modern, and decorated so beautifully. Being on the end was perfect because we did not have boats on both sides of us, and we had such a clear, peaceful view. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop deck was unforgettable! It truly gave us that fun little taste of what it feels like to own a boat. And the bed!!!!! Sooooo comfy! The owners thought of everything: coffee for our 3 mornings, bottled and filtered water, snacks, and even battery candles. Since the walk to the car is a little bit away, those extras meant a lot. The Flohom branding was also such a cute touch. They had Flohom can huggers, a Flohom guest book, and even Flohom robes. You could tell so much thought went into making it feel special. Stan and I actually fell asleep on the rooftop deck the first night because it was that relaxing. It felt like home on the water. Honestly, I do not think they missed one thing. We would absolutely stay again!

Not only was the hope exactly as described: clean, spacious, and beautiful; but the hosts were incredibly attentive and had amazing recommendations through a detailed guest guide. This was an amazing adventure. We are “water” people ! But we have never slept on a house boat! This boat has everything you’d want in a home! Beautiful furniture, clean, calming, and relaxing! The bed was comfortable and provided a peaceful sleep! We love to travel and this was one of our most relaxing stays! There is nothing that I would change about Flohom! There was not one thing that I needed, that they did not supply in the well equipped kitchen. The welcome basket was great in addition to the water in the refrigerator upon arrival. I cannot say enough great things about the boat or the atmosphere that it supply’s. We will definitely be back!

This was our first stay on a houseboat and we couldn't have asked for any better. I have to say it was awesome! Exactly as described in the listing. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and linens. Very clean. The host thought of all the extras. Shampoos, conditioners, body soap, soft throws to give that cozy feel of home. Loved the bedrooms having chargers for all the different charging ports. Also loved the welcome snacks on the counter and the ice cold waters that were in the refrigerator. The kitchen was well stocked from the dishes to the spices, utensils and cookware. The upstairs deck covering the full length of the home was also well furnished. Plenty of comfortable seating. Beautiful fireplace as well. So many good things to say about our experience. We all had a great time and loved the space. Would definitely book another trip!
