To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, and with respect to the love and intentionality we have poured into making FLOHOM 5 | Amanzi an extraordinary stay, please take a moment to review and follow our rules.

🔹Quiet Hours🔹
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and nearby liveaboards, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. FLOHOM 5 | Amanzi is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitoring sensors to measure decibel levels, but these are not active listening or recording devices.

🔹Occupancy Limit🔹
The maximum number of overnight guests is two, and the total number of people on board at any one time is limited to six, as enforced by the marina. Failure to comply with this rule could jeopardize our ability to operate within the marina.

🔹Parties & Events🔹
Parties and events are prohibited. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as hosting friends or family for dinner, as long as you respect our quiet hours and adhere to the occupancy limit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a gathering so we can inform the marina and ensure that our team is aware of any non-overnight guests accessing the private marina.

🔹No Smoking Policy🔹
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.

🔹Decorations🔹
Third-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. This policy ensures our space is well-maintained, the appropriate materials are used, and excessive cleaning is avoided, preventing disruptions to other guests’ reservations. Decoration packages can be inquired about before booking or reviewed in your personalized guest app after booking.

🔹Children Policy🔹
FLOHOM 5 | Amanzi is designed primarily for adults and is not ideal for families with young children. Children 10 years and older are allowed. Our aim is to create a peaceful, relaxing environment that is best enjoyed by adults.

🔹No Pets Allowed🔹
Pets are not allowed.

🔹Water Safety🔹
For safety reasons, jumping, diving, or swimming from FLOHOM 5 | Amanzi or the marina piers is strictly prohibited. While the water is tempting, this rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and avoid accidents or injuries.

🔹Rooftop Safety🔹
Please refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, exercising caution is essential to prevent accidents or falls.

🔹Dock Lines🔹
For the safety of FLOHOM 5 | Amanzi and its mooring, guests are asked not to adjust the dock lines. Our dedicated concierge team or Oasis Marinas staff are available to assist if needed. Should you notice an issue with the dock lines, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the situation.

🔹Doors and Windows🔹
Please close all sliding doors and windows when leaving the boat to ensure security and prevent damage from the elements. Additionally, keep screen doors and windows closed while on the boat to prevent insects from entering.

This was a great destination stay. Lodging was fantastic. Rooftop view was awesome. Beautiful, stylish, clean. No complaints on that end. Parking, check in, and check out - holy 🐄 - over complicated which I understand is a symptom of the location. Flohom tries to be proactive about it with over communication which was, a lot. I don't want to take a course in lodging to get into my AirBnB for the night.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had on the app. As an avid luxury hotel guest, this was a unique experience with the same level of luxury that you’d find in four or five star hotels. Flohom thought of everything…charging ports, robes & slippers, Bluetooth devices to stream music and more. I enjoyed my slow mornings sunrise meditation on the rooftop and working on the front porch while watching the boats in the harbor. The peace and serenity was unmatched and I will definitely book again. Oh and I have to acknowledge the art and decor which was absolutely stunning. This was definitely a 10 out of 10.

Booked this to surprise my boyfriend for his 40th birthday he absolutely loved it literally was FaceTime in all of his friends showing them the boat even in the cold weather we were able to enjoy the rooftop with the fire pit. The wool blankets were a nice touch a few glasses of wine and we were toasty as could be. They even accommodated us needing to push the date back at the last minute definitely planning to check it out in the summer, a bigger boat with more friends.
