THE SPACE
Welcome to our upscale FLOHOM, a two-bedroom and two-bath floating suite. This elegant, spacious houseboat is docked on the waters of the Baltimore Peninsula. Accommodating up to four guests, the perfect getaway for nature lovers, weekenders, couples, and long-term travelers alike.
With all the cozy conveniences you’d have at home, plus elevated touches and amenities, it’s the perfect place to unwind, rejuvenate, and connect with the peaceful waters.
The designer suite is equipped with a host of curated amenities, including luxury decor, modern entertainment technology & high-speed internet, Helix Lux mattress with Brooklinen sheets, curated playlists & books, panoramic views, and functional spaces inside & out. Celebrating Maryland’s historic manufacturing roots, the bright industrial-inspired space is the perfect space to settle in on the water. The suite also features two bathrooms, including modern fixtures, adding another element of privacy and relaxation.
Coming back from a full day of outdoor adventures or city exploration? The sunny living room with comfortable furnishings is a great place to chill. Get cozy on the couch and watch a movie on the big screen TV. Or find a book from our intentionally curated library and read outside on the bow deck or rooftop.
Craving some exercise and mindfulness? Our living room is equipped with custom yoga mats for your physical and mental well-being. Want to maximize wellness during your stay? Open your FLOHOM guest app and book a private yoga or personal training session that comes directly to you.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through the FLOHOM guest app.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
FLOHOM 2 | Modern Charm’s gentle movement or sway in response to the currents and winds is part of the unique experience we offer. It allows you to truly go with the flow and immerse yourself in the tranquil rhythm of the water. Our floating homes are thoughtfully designed to ensure stability and minimize excessive movement. Many guests find the gentle sway adds to the charm and relaxation, but if you have a history of motion sickness, we recommend considering your comfort level beforehand.
FLOHOM 2 | Modern Charm is noise monitored by an outdoor noise awareness sensor, which will monitor the decibel levels on the rooftop of the vessel but is not an active listening or recording device. This implementation helps us manage our quiet hours which are 10pm-7am.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT
We recommend driving or utilizing rideshare services like Uber and Lyft to arrive and explore nearby neighborhoods or venturing slightly further. Alternatively, the city provides a greener option with electric scooters, such as Bird and Link, which can be found scattered throughout the neighborhoods.
For those flying in or out, the Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport is conveniently less than 20 minutes away by car. Washington, DC is less than an hour’s drive for day trips or onward journeys, or you can catch the MARC train for a more relaxed journey.
